the spine bench

This was purpose built to be the right height and width to do stretching and strength exercises on.

The Spine is 2" square purpleheart which an extremely strong wood for minimal flex. The metal truss rod provides added stability as well. The surface is curly maple with a matte finish 3000grit sanded finish.
